- Can I bring in my computer and your technicians help me
immediately?
Yes, in our shop we have a wide variety of testing equipments
and software and it is easy for us to diagnostic any issues in
your equipments.
- I'd like to book for an onsite service, can problems
be fixed onsite?
Mostly Yes if it's a problem with the Internet, network, printing,
computer setup. Our technician will need to take your computer
back to our office if the job requires data recovery, hardware
repairs/replacements, Windows reinstallation.
- How long will I get my computer fixed?
- If it's an onsite job, our technician will fix the problem onsite on the
same day.
- If it's not an onsite job (jobs that require new hardware
or parts), it will take just 1 or 2 working days plus delivery
time of new hardware or parts. Major jobs (motherboard replacement,
graphics card repairs) may take a little longer.
If it's urgent, please tell us and we will do the fastest we can.
- How much does it cost?
We do our best to provide upfront flat fees on our website, please follow

- What payment options are accepted?
We accept Cash, VISA, MasterCard, Amex and Cash Payments.
- What is the guarantee for the job done?
Labor is covered by 30 day guarantee. If the same problem
re-occur within 30 days, it should be solved. New
hardware/part carry its own warranty terms (i.e. hard drives,
memory,
motherboard, screen).
- Are your technicians qualified?
Yes, highly qualified. In our technicians qualifications include
one bachelor degrees In computer Science technician (Engineer in Computer And
Systems) and we have extensive practical, professional
